Veteran RV Repair in Bessemer Alabama did a fabulous job on our 2023 Grand Design 341rds. From day one when we dropped off on their south of Birmingham location, care was taken to ensure we had the best roof put on in the industry. Aaron will give you a better price per foot, than any other dealer in a huge radius, it was worth the extra drive. Scaffolding was still emplace upon my arrival, got to do a complete walk around, to inspect job. Totally amazed at what a difference this roof makes. If you need a new roof or want a product with a life time warranty, this is the place to go!

We met Bill from Mich. Flex Armor at the Grand Design National Rally in 2025. Bill walked us through the process and answered all of our questions. Still not there, we were also able to meet a couple who already invested in their trailer roof and were very happy with the product. We then set a date for March 2026. But to our surprise, Brandy called to see if we could come early at the end of Dec. because of a new crew being hired to take up the load. We took the offer. Bill and Brandy ensured us that "she" would be cared for by keeping her inside one of the storage building until they were ready. During actual process, pictures were then sent to show the different stages and completion. At the time of pick-up, Bill also helped me grab some air to inflate the tires on the trailer when I checked them before I took off (nice). But once I got home, 8 inch of snow came calling. It wasn't until mid Feb. before I could get on the roof and check it out. Once I was able to climb up, I noticed roof is much more solid. The lines around sides, front and back of the roof were clean and straight. I was pleased to see that the sewer pipe caps were replaced with "Flex Armor" covers and are now even more secure than the old caps. The solar panel is secured and appears good. The Flex Armor appears to be spread evenly and not glopped on. And no signs of water problems after the snow melt. We've always believed that this was an investment (and yes a little expensive) that will last for years to come. We are looking forward to getting out there and see how it preforms in the future. We can then compare to past trailer roof issues from maintenance, hot weather, and nasty storms. So far we are happy with the finished roof and with Bill, Brandy, and the Mich. Flex Armor Team.

We had a FlexArmor roof installed at the corporate location, Keystone Heights, in January 2026 (dropped off Jan 19, installed Jan 21–23, picked up Jan 24).
Before committing, we did extensive research. We followed the company online, watched their videos, visited them at an RV show, and asked detailed questions. We received repeated reassurances about their process and professionalism. Based on that, we felt confident moving forward with a $5,000 investment in the roof.
At drop-off, we reviewed specific requests, including retaining certain vents (one for Starlink), keeping the two front roof posts, replacing screws, replacing the skylight, and spraying to the rear lights. We did a walkthrough and believed expectations were clear.
However, execution and communication did not reflect those discussions.
After pickup, we identified multiple issues, including: A sewer vent glued on misaligned with the pipe, one vent removed and later attributed to “miscommunication”, the shower vent pipe cut and replaced without consultation, front roof posts reattached with caulk rather than sprayed in — they detached shortly after, bathroom MaxxAir cover not reinstalled, minimal cleanup after installation, shower light wires cut instead of using the quick disconnect), only three bolts securing the skylight, AC wiring loosely placed inside the unit and visible through the vents.
When we raised concerns, most responses were framed as either “miscommunication” or standard procedure. Very little accountability was taken for the fact that clearer documentation, confirmation, or consultation could have prevented many of these issues. Most explanations were reactive and provided only after we specifically prompted them.
The company’s marketing videos suggest a level of service, professionalism, and workmanship that stands apart from the typical RV industry. In our experience, the service, professionalism, and attention to detail were no better than what we’ve encountered elsewhere in the RV industry.

Response from the owner:We’re unclear on the claim of “lack of accountability,” as we immediately acknowledged the dummy sewer vent was removed due to miscommunication and offered a solution to correct it.
We also attempted to use the specific sewer fixture requested, but due to its design and integrated bug guard, it could not be properly encapsulated without risking damage. Rather than compromise the roof system or the fixture, we sealed the pipe using an approved alternative method. The vent remains fully functional and unobstructed.
Additionally, a factory quick-connect on an extremely thin wire failed during handling and was professionally hardwired to ensure the light remained operational.
When issues were identified, we addressed them directly and offered solutions.

I had my FlexArmor installation done by Phoenix RV Roof (Peoria, AZ) in November 2025. I was delighted with the work that Justin completed, and I cannot praise him enough.
But there were a few quirks that I didn’t expect. All your equipment on your roof comes off. Then they replace the bolts, and the flanges for the sewer pipes and vent fans are installed before spraying on your FlexArmor. Erroneously, I had thought my solar mounts would be under that coating, but I am glad they were not (allowing maintenance to be done after the work). Second, they can customize what gets coated and what does not. So, the videos on YouTube can be misleading, as each job is customized to what YOU want. While doing the work, they also remounted my solar panels in a configuration that I specified (on hinges, clustered, easy to tilt), and I was delighted with how it was accomplished.
Now for the bad… Yes, it was expensive, but I would do it again without a doubt. I could have an inch of water on my roof now, and it wouldn’t leak. That’s peace of mind that is hard to get. Yes, it took too long, as anything more than an hour is too long when you’re stuck in a hotel while the work is done. But Justin gave an accurate time estimate before the work began, so I cannot complain about that, either. In summary, there isn’t any real issue to complain about with Justin’s work. So, I am one happy camper with a FlexArmor roof now!

I couldn’t be more pleased!!! Brought our Imagine rv in last Saturday not expecting it to be done for weeks as they didn’t have any available appointments and we would be just a work in. Well it was done yesterday and we picked it up this morning and the roof looks just amazing. The staff at RVRoof in Keystone Heights Florida were just great to work with and the price was less than replacing it with the traditional type Roof, and this has a transferable life time warranty. Indian Point RV Roofing in Athens, Illinois was fantastic. Just picked up our rig today and it looks amazing. They even fixed an issue with our thermostat wiring which was causing the ac to not kick on. They spent a lot of time going over everything and answering all the questions that I'm sure they answer every day.

What a great experience! I made an appointment and took my toy hauler in on Monday. I discussed procedures and options with Justin. I made the necessary decisions and left my trailer there. After a 3 hour drive to Michigan, my wife and I could not be more impressed with Michigan RV FlexArmor. It’s been over a year ago that my roof was repaired and FlexArmor roof applied, and I’m still very happy with zero leaks! The Little Rock Arkansas FlexArmor shop was on time and on budget. At 4617 W Bethany Rd, North Little Rock AR 72117. Before we arrived I was very honest with roof damage as I knew it and he gave me a verbal estimate / guess of the repair cost that I wrote down. I knew I had roof damage from previous owners not getting the roof fixed and sealed correctly. Again, before we arrived he quoted a base price and a verbal estimate for what the repairs might cost for the new roof on the phone before we arrived. Once we arrived and he started inspecting, it was discovered we had a lot more damage from old leaks than I knew. Lots of rotted wood. I was up there with him on the roof in his shop during inspection, with my permission we removed parts of the old membrane to see underneath, no doubt in my mind that there was lots of old rotting damage. See photos. I expected the price to go up a lot over his repair cost estimate he gave me on the phone in advance because it was worse than I told him, but he said he could probably repair it for the original repair estimate he gave. Once he got my approval he started removing that old roof fast. This guy and his team quickly removed all the damaged and rotting wood parts and plywood until he got down to good wood and then repaired it with new wood parts he fabricated and new plywood faster than anyone I’ve seen. See photo showing the replaced wood roof deck before the flex armor was applied. Applied glue on all the new wood pieces as he repaired and reassembled the structure making new pieces as necessary just like a factory job. I kept visiting my motorhome while they did the work And he always was showing me what he was doing and had done. Top notch repair work! Then once our 2000 Itasca motorhome roof “underneath structure” was like new he prepped and applied the new extremely tough roof. See photo. And was able to do it at the quoted price and on schedule. And I consider it very good value for the money. Thanks guys.

Bill and his team with Michigan RV FlexArmor did an absolute amazing job on my 2023 Aria coach. I wanted to have a maintenance free, worry free roof. I noticed some poor craftsmanship direct from the factory (no surprise) and I did not want it replaced with the same old material. I feel the best investment which is over looked on any RV is the roof. Water can and does a lot of damage and quickly. Again, Bill was very knowledgeable and listened to my requests. He executed everything perfectly. My roof is perfect, I am very happy with the outcome. Thank you!

My wife and I have a 13 year old fifthwheel that we have kept covered during summer months in Florida. We noticed the rubber roof was getting pretty thin and did not wait until having water damage before something was done. After research on the internet we contacted Bill of the Michigan RV Flexarmor about the application, cost, estimate time of work etc. We made an appointment and can't tell you how happy and impressed we are with the decision to take our camper there. Buying a camper/rv is quite an investment. Money spent on this roof system is money well spent. Nothing like not having to worry about a leak when you are out enjoying a camping trip and the rain comes. I have experienced a camper roof leak and it is devastating for a camper. This is the third camper I have had this roof installed on. Protect your investment!!!!!! The location here in Clay County Fl is great to work with and I highly recommend them.

Dropped off Wednesday morning and the camper roof was inspected. Paperwork was done. We left and they started the process. I was due to pick it up after 2 pm on Friday, but I received an email and a text at 10 am saying it was complete. When we arrived to pick it up it was in the bay so I could inspect it. They moved it out with their power dolly and we made sure all the AC units and roof vent fans worked, which they did. Paid and drove off very happy with their work. Would recommend this place to those considering a new roof.

Colorado RV Roof is the finest business I have had the pleasure of using in all my 72 years. Kevin, Mary, and Trevor(?) did the most beautiful job on my RV roof! They charged an unbelievably fair price and kept me apprised of the progress multiple times daily. The final bill was less than the original quote because Kevin worked to adjust it where he could. I am so happy with my new roof! It is just beautiful, and when I sell it, the lifetime warranty goes right to the new owners. How does it get any better than this?

I am so impressed with this product. Most RVs come from the factory with a very, very thin membrane on the roof, which is no thicker than a blue tarp, but actually weaker in tear and puncture damage than an actual blue tarp. This product is sprayed on and it attaches to the actual roof structure And it’s thick and it has a 3500 pound tear resistance strength. It really looks good on the unit and I love the lifetime warranty. The company is very professional and I highly recommend anybody that if you have a roof leak, please Consider this product and service.

Had our FlexArmor roof installed in Keystone Heights in November 2023. We are extremely happy with the quality of work and service provided. We have our RV back now having a second AC installed and the new FlexArmor skylights (2) installed. I’ll have this roof put on every RV I own from here on. What a piece of mind knowing there are no seams up top to leak.

We are beyond satisfied and the job exceeded all expectations!! When we say that 5 stars does not come close we aren't lying. John got us started at the Quartszite RV show and then handed us over to Shawn Fouse and that is where the magic happened. We were apprehensive due to the price but as soon as the 1st series of photos started rolling in we could immediately see how labor intensive the job was. We are not in a league with the elite RV/coaches but ours means the world to us and we were treated like royalty. To top it off they were more than accomodating of our schedule and when we could drop off and pick up and they came through. At the end of the day when we picked up our RV we were truly "HAPPY CAMPERS".

We had the FlexArmor installed on our 2018 Keystone at New Horizons RV in Junction City, KS in March 2024. I could not be more pleased with the job done by Chris Kaiser and his crew. They went above and beyond by taking some extra time to make sure the FlexArmor was solid over some worn/flexing lauan plywood. The roof looks better than new and, since we store it outside, I now have no worries about a leak developing and not finding out about it for months. I've already had several questions from other RV owners about my new roof. Is there a FlexArmor decal that I can put on the back of my trailer?
