This is my 2nd experience with a FlexArmor Roof. I was so pleased with my first roof 8 years ago on my own 2 year old Jayco Toyhauler, (which I still have today with ZERO issues); when the need for a new roof on my Moms Forest River Villa located in the Kansas City area, Lifetime RV Roof in Bates City was my only Choice. The staff are excellent. No surprises.... the invoice was exactly what the estimate was. The workmanship is excellent. Very pleased.

Very professional, we didn't have an appointment, but did contact them earlier about getting the roof done. They got the estimate done quickly and provided a detailed plan. And they have corgies!

We had the roof done on our 5th wheel the fall of 2025. It was a great experience with the team from the location in Illinois. Fast forward to early April 2026. We had a storm come through the produced baseball size hail. All the vehicles we had that were parked outside were damaged with dents and broken windows. The roof and gutters on our house were also damaged. Insurance claims on all them. When they looked at our 5th wheel turns out the A/C units were damaged. However the FlexArmor Roof - ZERO DAMAGE.

Top notch communications from everyone in the company, from the sales staff, to managers, to technicians. There was never a doubt or question that the product was not a reliable, permanent solution to the troublesome roof maintenance issue that we encounter as a rv owners. We were given a tour of the facility, saw other rv's getting the flexarmor roof application, and had a very thorough explanation as the process, problems and then the clarity of the solution that was being provided. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and professional in the Precott, AZ location that we chose, and we never had to wonder or worry about the process or progress of our rv. We were in the loop 100 percent of the time, and we never felt our questions were a bother or inconvenient to anyone in the company. We trusted AZROOF completely and we highly recommend the product and staff whole heartedly. A big shout out to John Fischer, sales, and Shawn, shop manager, for thorough and transparent communication in the process. Shawn even recommended several great restaurants in the area that did not disappoint as well. Do yourself a big favor...get flexarmor...rest assured your roof maintenance is done....peace of mind is worth it!!!

Veteran RV Repair in Bessemer Alabama did a fabulous job on our 2023 Grand Design 341rds. From day one when we dropped off on their south of Birmingham location, care was taken to ensure we had the best roof put on in the industry. Aaron will give you a better price per foot, than any other dealer in a huge radius, it was worth the extra drive. Scaffolding was still emplace upon my arrival, got to do a complete walk around, to inspect job. Totally amazed at what a difference this roof makes. If you need a new roof or want a product with a life time warranty, this is the place to go!

We met Bill from Mich. Flex Armor at the Grand Design National Rally in 2025. Bill walked us through the process and answered all of our questions. Still not there, we were also able to meet a couple who already invested in their trailer roof and were very happy with the product. We then set a date for March 2026. But to our surprise, Brandy called to see if we could come early at the end of Dec. because of a new crew being hired to take up the load. We took the offer. Bill and Brandy ensured us that "she" would be cared for by keeping her inside one of the storage building until they were ready. During actual process, pictures were then sent to show the different stages and completion. At the time of pick-up, Bill also helped me grab some air to inflate the tires on the trailer when I checked them before I took off (nice). But once I got home, 8 inch of snow came calling. It wasn't until mid Feb. before I could get on the roof and check it out. Once I was able to climb up, I noticed roof is much more solid. The lines around sides, front and back of the roof were clean and straight. I was pleased to see that the sewer pipe caps were replaced with "Flex Armor" covers and are now even more secure than the old caps. The solar panel is secured and appears good. The Flex Armor appears to be spread evenly and not glopped on. And no signs of water problems after the snow melt. We've always believed that this was an investment (and yes a little expensive) that will last for years to come. We are looking forward to getting out there and see how it preforms in the future. We can then compare to past trailer roof issues from maintenance, hot weather, and nasty storms. So far we are happy with the finished roof and with Bill, Brandy, and the Mich. Flex Armor Team.

We had a FlexArmor roof installed at the corporate location, Keystone Heights, in January 2026 (dropped off Jan 19, installed Jan 21–23, picked up Jan 24). Before committing, we did extensive research. We followed the company online, watched their videos, visited them at an RV show, and asked detailed questions. We received repeated reassurances about their process and professionalism. Based on that, we felt confident moving forward with a $5,000 investment in the roof. At drop-off, we reviewed specific requests, including retaining certain vents (one for Starlink), keeping the two front roof posts, replacing screws, replacing the skylight, and spraying to the rear lights. We did a walkthrough and believed expectations were clear. However, execution and communication did not reflect those discussions. After pickup, we identified multiple issues, including: A sewer vent glued on misaligned with the pipe, one vent removed and later attributed to “miscommunication”, the shower vent pipe cut and replaced without consultation, front roof posts reattached with caulk rather than sprayed in — they detached shortly after, bathroom MaxxAir cover not reinstalled, minimal cleanup after installation, shower light wires cut instead of using the quick disconnect), only three bolts securing the skylight, AC wiring loosely placed inside the unit and visible through the vents. When we raised concerns, most responses were framed as either “miscommunication” or standard procedure. Very little accountability was taken for the fact that clearer documentation, confirmation, or consultation could have prevented many of these issues. Most explanations were reactive and provided only after we specifically prompted them. The company’s marketing videos suggest a level of service, professionalism, and workmanship that stands apart from the typical RV industry. In our experience, the service, professionalism, and attention to detail were no better than what we’ve encountered elsewhere in the RV industry. For a premium roof system and price point, we expected: clear written documentation of customer requests, consultation before modifying components, and proactive explanations rather than reactive responses A verbal walkthrough at drop-off is not enough. If you are considering this company, we strongly recommend: putting every request in writing, having them map it out, draw it, or annotate the work order, and taking pre-install photos with notes. The product itself may perform as intended over time, but there was a significant gap between pre-sale reassurance and actual execution. Greater accountability and clearer communication would significantly improve the customer experience. We would not recommend this location.

Response from the owner:We’re unclear on the claim of “lack of accountability,” as we immediately acknowledged the dummy sewer vent was removed due to miscommunication and offered a solution to correct it. We also attempted to use the specific sewer fixture requested, but due to its design and integrated bug guard, it could not be properly encapsulated without risking damage. Rather than compromise the roof system or the fixture, we sealed the pipe using an approved alternative method. The vent remains fully functional and unobstructed. Additionally, a factory quick-connect on an extremely thin wire failed during handling and was professionally hardwired to ensure the light remained operational. When issues were identified, we addressed them directly and offered solutions. At the customer’s request, we also attempted to reinstall certain pre-existing components that had been previously secured in place with sealant; however, moving forward, we will not reinstall or modify non-standard or improvised setups that may compromise proper installation standards. Necessary modifications to existing components are a normal part of professional installation, just as a cabinet installer may adjust trim to complete the job properly; these are procedural requirements, not discretionary changes.

This RV was my father’s and has a lot of sentimental value to me. So I was careful on who I wanted to work on it. I found Flex armor on YouTube and decided to pull the trigger and get it done. Had my entire RV roof replaced and flex armor installed on my RV at Twin Lakes RV repair in Lagrange Indiana. Turned out tremendous. Fantastic job, service, communication and process. My guy “Jay” treated me like family and I could not recommend him and his company more. He cares a lot about the work he provides and focuses on quality and customer satisfaction. I went there as a customer and left feeling like part of the family. You need any RV work done, call Jay. Tell him Sam sent ya.

Thank you Jennifer and team for the care you gave to our Full Time Mobile Travel Trailer. We are so happy with the end results of the new roof! We have been enjoying the trailer this week in Florida. It’s a load off our minds of always worrying about “is my dicor sealed perfectly as it’s raining”. Thank you again!

Had new roof installed on my 1998 Dutch Star and absolutely love it. The team in Yuma Tn did an awesome job. They went above and beyond to make it a great experience. Pictures and communication during the process was very prompt. It really made a difference in our RV. Would definitely recommend their service.

I had my FlexArmor installation done by Phoenix RV Roof (Peoria, AZ) in November 2025. I was delighted with the work that Justin completed, and I cannot praise him enough. But there were a few quirks that I didn’t expect. All your equipment on your roof comes off. Then they replace the bolts, and the flanges for the sewer pipes and vent fans are installed before spraying on your FlexArmor. Erroneously, I had thought my solar mounts would be under that coating, but I am glad they were not (allowing maintenance to be done after the work). Second, they can customize what gets coated and what does not. So, the videos on YouTube can be misleading, as each job is customized to what YOU want. While doing the work, they also remounted my solar panels in a configuration that I specified (on hinges, clustered, easy to tilt), and I was delighted with how it was accomplished. Now for the bad… Yes, it was expensive, but I would do it again without a doubt. I could have an inch of water on my roof now, and it wouldn’t leak. That’s peace of mind that is hard to get. Yes, it took too long, as anything more than an hour is too long when you’re stuck in a hotel while the work is done. But Justin gave an accurate time estimate before the work began, so I cannot complain about that, either. In summary, there isn’t any real issue to complain about with Justin’s work. So, I am one happy camper with a FlexArmor roof now!

I called Jason of RVRoof Arkansas and got an appointment, he moved us ahead as we live full time and as we were coming back from a Grand Design Rally in Hot Springs Arkansas as we passed under an old dead oak tree a big limb fell and tore our roof up. Jason got us in said 3 days called and said it was ready, when I got to his shop he showed me that everything was in working and went over all the things to do which were minimal. Love the new roof and no more worries. Thanks Jason.

This place was amazing. They said it would take them 3 days and they were spot on. The roof looks really good and we are really impressed. Also, has helped with the temperature inside. The AC does not run nearly as much.

We are extremely satisfied with our new RV roof. We researched this company and product before purchasing and could not find one negative review. We had our new Flexarmor roof installed by RV roof in Phoenix by Justin and his crew. We were sent pictures and videos of their progress and it was so nice to see the process. They had the work done in 3 days as promised. I will be recommending this company and their Flexarmor roofs to all of our RV friends and acquaintances. Thank you Flexarmor for giving us a worry free, maintenance free roof.

I couldn’t be more pleased!!! Brought our Imagine rv in last Saturday not expecting it to be done for weeks as they didn’t have any available appointments and we would be just a work in. Well it was done yesterday and we picked it up this morning and the roof looks just amazing. The staff at RVRoof in Keystone Heights Florida were just great to work with and the price was less than replacing it with the traditional type Roof, and this has a transferable life time warranty. We didn’t have any active leaks but was something we knew would happen on a 2018 Rv… so no worries now thanks to a great product and great staff to work with

Indian Point RV Roofing in Athens, Illinois was fantastic. Just picked up our rig today and it looks amazing. They even fixed an issue with our thermostat wiring which was causing the ac to not kick on. They spent a lot of time going over everything and answering all the questions that I'm sure they answer every day. Highly recommend. I'm really looking forward to not having to get up on that roof, inspect and reseal everything multiple times. Getting too old to crawl around that roof.

From the time I arrived until I picked it the customer service by David was outstanding. A big shout to the awesome team that performed the work the workmanship was everything I expected and more. I now have the piece of mind knowing that the roof will never leak and will never have to be replaced and backed by their lifetime warranty. What a great experience! I made an appointment and took my toy hauler in on Monday. I discussed procedures and options with Justin. I made the necessary decisions and left my trailer there. Over the next three days I received photos from Justin showing the stages of progress. Everything was professionally done. I'm glad I chose the RV Flex Armor system , and glad Phoenix RV Roof was the company doing it. Five thumbs up all around. I now have real piece of mind when it comes to my roof.
